You can easily report the claim by logging into our website in the "Report a claim" section . We are also available through our customer service channels to guide you through the process. - Download the STEP 1 form and complete it with all the required data.
- Gather all the necessary documentation according to the type of claim (you can check it at the bottom of the form you downloaded).
- Detailed description of the loss (what happened, when and where).
- Photos or videos showing the damage suffered, if possible.
- Documents related to the cargo or insured good (invoice, consignment note, contract, etc.).

Within the Customer Portal, you must perform the following steps:
1. Select the issued certificate you wish to modify.
2. Press the CLONE button.
3. Once inside the cloned certificate, modify what you want and then you must go to the "COMMENTS" box and, in that field, you must place "THIS CERTIFICATE ANNULS AND REPLACES THE CERTIFIED ONE N° (Place the certificate to be modified).
4. Finally, save the cloned certificate.
Means of prize collection:
The systems enabled for prize cancellation are as follows:
- Entities specialized in collection, registration and processing of payments by electronic means authorized by the Superintendence of Insurance of the Nation.
- Financial entities subject to the regime of Law No. 21,526.
- Credit, debit or purchase cards issued within the framework of Law No. 25.065.
