Report your claim in simple steps

IMPORTANT:

Remember to report the claim as soon as possible. In Argentina, according to Law 17.418, you have 3 calendar days to report the claim.

Each claim has mandatory information that needs to be submitted in order to comply with the terms of the claim. You can see all the required information at the bottom of the form you downloaded.

Note: Failure to comply with any of the instructions indicated on your form may prejudice your rights to any indemnity that may be due under the terms and conditions of the insurance policy acquired.

Send the completed form and the required documentation:

  • By e-mail: Send us an email to siniestros@hanseatica.com with:
    • The Insurance policy number
    • A brief description of what happened.
    • Please attach the completed form.
    • Attach all required information.
  • Via WhatsApp: Send all the information in the previous point to your executive.
