We believe that our impact goes beyond the business world. We have learned over the years that we are not only an Organization, we also act in community. For this reason, we have long since started on a path to contribute to a sustainable world while respecting the environment.We know that this is a long journey that must not stop, and that is why we are taking concrete actions to reduce our environmental footprint.
Small actions, big impacts
We are committed to care for our environment through concrete initiatives that promote sustainability.
- We implemented a Recycling Program and a waste separation methodology, promoting an environmentally responsible culture in our daily operations.
- We are moving towards a paperless environment, eliminating unnecessary printing and digitalizing processes such as pay slips, with a 25% reduction in 2024 compared to the previous year, and a 62% reduction compared to 2022.
Solidarity that transforms
We seek to be the change we would like to see. We work to make a positive impact on our community. We don't do things "to look good" or to "be a modern organization". We believe in what we do when we put our minds to it.
