Hanseatica Joins the Argentine-Chinese Chamber to Strengthen its Commitment to International Trade

Buenos Aires, October 27, 2025. As part of its regional growth strategy and its positioning as a leading insurer in international trade, Hanseatica Insurance Company formalized its membership as an active participant in the Argentine-Chinese Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Production.
This alliance aims to strengthen the relationship between both institutions during a period of significant dynamism in bilateral trade. In 2024, trade between Argentina and China surpassed USD 25 billion, and during the first half of 2025, imports from China surged by 78.9% year-on-year, indicating a substantial increase in logistics activity. While Argentina's trade balance remains in deficit, sustained growth in trade is anticipated, driven by Chinese investments in infrastructure, mining, and technology. Within this expanding landscape, possessing reliable and specialized insurance coverages is crucial for fostering business development, mitigating risks, and enhancing the competitiveness of the involved enterprises.
