In the event of an incident, it is crucial to act promptly to ensure efficient management and protect your rights. At Hanseatica, we offer a simple guide on how to proceed:
- Contact our people:
You can easily submit an incident by visiting our website's section “Submit an incident”. We are also available through our service channels to guide you through the process. - Download the STEP 1 form and complete it with all required information
- Gather all necessary documentation based on the type of incident (you can verify this at the bottom of the downloaded form)
- Detailed description of the incident (what occurred, when, and where).
- Photos or videos showing the sustained damages, if available.
- Documents related to the cargo or insured asset (invoice, delivery note, contract, etc.).
- Submit the completed form and required documentation

- The affected policy number
- A brief description of what happened.
- The completed form attached.
- The required information attached.

At Hanseatica, we understand that an incident can be a challenging experience. Therefore, we are by your side at all times, providing the necessary support to overcome any unforeseen event with peace of mind.
Within the Client Portal, you must follow these steps:
1. Select the issued certificate you wish to modify.
2. Click the CLONE button.
3. Once inside the cloned certificate, make your desired modifications, then navigate to the “COMMENTS” box and, in that field, enter “THIS CERTIFICATE VOIDS AND REPLACES CERTIFICATE N° (Insert the certificate to be modified).”
4. Finally, save the cloned certificate.
Premium Collection Methods:
The authorized systems for premium payment are as follows:
- Entities specializing in the collection, registration, and processing of electronic payments authorized by the National Superintendence of Insurance.
- Financial entities subject to the regime of Law No. 21,526.
- Credit, debit, or purchase cards issued under the framework of Law No. 25,065.
- Electronic payment methods previously authorized by the National Superintendence of Insurance for each insurance entity, which must operate at their registered addresses, points of sale, or collection centers. In this case, payment must be made using one of the following methods: cash in legal tender, a certified check (Law No. 25.345), or a non-negotiable check issued by the INSURED or POLICYHOLDER in favor of the insurance entity. This policy is signed by facsimile signature in accordance with the provisions of point 7.8 of the Regulation of Insurance Activity.
