(hereinafter referred to as “Hanseatica” and/or the “Company”) owns the website www.hanseatica.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”) and is responsible, in accordance with Argentine legislation, for the files generated with personal data provided by users through this Site.
Your visit is subject to the conditions detailed below, which are mandatory and binding.
Should you disagree with these conditions, you must refrain from using the Site and/or the services provided therein. Your continued presence on the Site implies your unequivocal acknowledgment and acceptance of these conditions, thereby acquiring the status of “user” (hereinafter referred to as the “User” and/or “Users”). The use of the Site, your visit, and navigation automatically confer User status and full, unreserved acceptance of the conditions published by Hanseatica, available at the time of accessing the Site.

In cases where this page contains a hyperlink leading to another page, or if this page is accessed via a hyperlink on another virtual site, Hanseatica Compañía de Seguros S.A. shall not be responsible for the content or services offered on, or for the statements or information contained on pages other than those belonging to the Company.
Unlawful Use

Service Conditions
Hanseatica contracts its Internet access with a third-party provider. For reasons beyond Hanseatica's control, the Site may be unavailable due to technical difficulties or failures of the Internet, the provider, or any other reason not attributable to Hanseatica.
Therefore, Hanseatica does not guarantee the availability and continuous operation of the Site, nor its suitability for any particular activity, nor its infallibility, and, in particular, though not exclusively, that Users, as defined below, may use the Site and access its content.
Disclaimer of Liability
Expressly, Hanseatica is not responsible for damages of any nature arising from the interruption, suspension, termination, unavailability, or lack of continuity in the operation of the Site, for the frustration of the utility that Users might have attributed to the Site, or for its technical failures not attributable to Hanseatica.
Explicitly, Hanseatica shall not be held liable for damages or losses arising from the use or inability to access the Site, or from the User's reliance on its content.

Purpose of Personal Data Repositories and Information Provided

This Privacy Policy governs the processing of all Personal Data (as defined by Law No. 25.326) provided by Users through our website located at www.hanseatica.com, and we request that you read it carefully. Should you disagree with this Privacy Policy or with Hanseatica's handling of your Personal Data as described herein, you must refrain from providing us with your Personal Data and from registering on the Hanseatica Site.
- To provide the services associated with Hanseatica, as stipulated in the Terms of Use.
- To market the services offered on the Hanseatica site to its Users.

The User undertakes to indemnify and hold Hanseatica, and each of its directors, employees, and its controlling, controlled, and/or affiliated entities, fully and irrevocably harmless from any legal or administrative situation that arises and causes damages due to the misuse of the Site and the user credentials (username and password) by a User or any person who accesses the Site with their user credentials. Misuse of the Site is understood as any use pursuing a personal purpose or one different from that established in the terms and conditions.
The indemnification stipulated in the preceding paragraph shall not apply when the damage results from inherent Site failures, in which cases the respective User shall not assume any responsibility.
Data Subject Request. Right to Rectification or Update.
You may request Hanseatica to confirm the Personal Data that the Company holds in its databases at any time, and request their modification, rectification, update, or deletion from our database. Hanseatica may require you to verify your identity and provide further information regarding your request. Hanseatica will endeavor to process your request within the timeframe and according to the procedures stipulated by Personal Data Law 25.326. Hanseatica informs you that your data is collected for the purpose of administering and managing access to the services that link you with our Company. As established by Article 6 of Law 25326, you are responsible for the inaccuracy or refusal to provide your data.
Deregistration
You may request Hanseatica to cancel your registration at any time. In any case, you may write to us at comunicaciones@hanseatica.com.
Information Retention
The information you provide on the Hanseatica site will be stored for the legally stipulated period, in order to comply with our legal and contractual obligations, in accordance with Hanseatica's legitimate interests as the administrator of Personal Data. However, you are obligated to inform Hanseatica of any and all changes to your Personal Data to ensure its accuracy. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Any judicial or extrajudicial dispute arising from the application or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, excluding private international law provisions, and the National Ordinary Courts of the City of Buenos Aires shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Furthermore, the invalidity of any single provision within this document shall not invalidate the entire text, but only the contested provision.

Hanseatica establishes its legal domicile at Av. del Libertador 498, 23rd Floor, CABA, where all legal notifications must be served.
Corporate Governance
Publication of reports on corporate governance aspects on the public website is intended to assist market participants and other stakeholders in monitoring the entity's strength and solvency. The disseminated information must be pertinent, timely, accurate, reliable, relevant, clear, and sufficient.
Where applicable, inclusion on the entities' public website of the financial statements report and the following information:
- Structure of the Management Body and Senior Management, including the names and professional and educational backgrounds of its members.
- Economic Group (main shareholders, their capital participation, voting rights, and representation on the Board of Directors and in Senior Management).
